The refund of Caution money will be taken minimum 05 (five) working days for payment. The party has to collect the clearance and submit the same within 15 (fifteen) days time otherwise the payment will be forfeited.

Cooking should be done through LPG only and Dining in the Main Hall is prohibited. Slaughtering of Goats, Broiler and Similar activity is not allowed in the premises of Sri Srinivasa Kalyana Mandapam. Violation of the above will lead to legal action and the caution money will not be refunded by the Executive Committee.

The Contract for outside electrical decoration of the Mandapam has been given to Official contractor of M/s Sri Srinivasa Decorators for external lighting. You may be negotiate to official contractor he has to pay Rs. 1500/- for each function to Executive Committee SSKM/VSKP through challan.

The contract for Catering and Decoration in Mandapam has been given to official contractor M/s SVD and Sri Srinivasa Catering & Decoration/VSKP. The service providers Catering / Decorator / Tent house, to pay a fixed amount of Rs.5000/- (subject to revision) to the Kalyanamandapam for each booking in which he has been engaged for decoration / tent / services and another fixed amount of Rs. 5000/- (subject to revision), if he has been engaged for the catering involving Dinner or Lunch more than 200 persons. In case there is an outsider caterer the allottee will be responsible for collection and deposition of the caterer charges from the outsider.

No Fire Crackers should be burst in and around premises, violation of this condition will lead to Legal action against the party vide Clause – 7 (XXIV) & (XXIX).

The Cleaning of Sri Srinivasa Kalyana Mandapam will take minimum 02 hours time. Hence the Incoming Occupant has to wait till the formality is completed for occupation of SSKM, as per Clause – 7 (XII) and 8 (XIII).

The rental charges of Kalyana Mandapam may be revised from time to time as per the Clause-10 or decision by executive committee. In such cases the difference amount is to be paid by the party otherwise the booking will be treated Invalid.

In the event of cancellation of booking of allotment, as per Clause-8(X) Refund will be made on cancellation of confirmed allotment as per Clause-9 & 17, cancellation charges will be recovered as per refund tabulue.

Executive Committee reserves the Right to cancel the allotment by Issuing a 14 days prior notice to administrative reasons.

A copy of the Invitation Card should be submitted to the Care Taker of Sri Srinivasa Kalyana Mandapam and office of Secretary of SSKM before one week of the function.

There is no provision of Generator in Sri Srinivasa Kalyana Mandapam. Party may arrange on his / her own as per Clause-7 (XXI) & (XXV).

If any of the above and as per Bye Laws terms and conditions clauses are violated the caution money be forfeited without any notice. In addition to this legal and D&A action will be taken by the Secretary / SSKM.
